Health Rocks

CSH is once again partnering with TENNder CARE in their HEALTH ROCKS program. The program is to encourage students in grades 5-8 to have annual physicals. Students were given a form to have signed at the doctor's office or Health Department were they have their physical. If they have already had a physical they can go back and have the form signed. All forms that are turned in by October 31will be entered in a drawing for some great prizes. All students in grades 5-8 will get to have a fun day playing games and putt putt golf on Oct. 31.
